As well as the diet tip mentioned above, muscles respond best and grow with heavier loads.

Rarely will somebody go to the gym and do 300 pull-ups or 300 reps on the bench.

You have to strain your muscles in a way where your working rep max in a set is in the 8-12 range.

THE best exercise is rollouts (kneeling then standing after you become strong enough) - any gym will have a suitable wheel or bar to do these on but I'm assuming you workout from home?

If that's the case, the Everlast duo wheel (super sturdy so it'll last and not break) only costs 10 pounds or so.

Definitely a great investment if you want abs

But yeah, muscles require exercise AND good nutrition

Best of luck

you can have the abs of superman but if you don't get rid of the fat layer on top of them you'll never have a 6 pack. Abs are 80% kitchen and 20% gym. So you need to eat clean, raw fruit and vegs and lean meat.
